Welcome to lifeminetherapeutics.com (the “Site”). The Site is comprised of various web pages operated by LifeMine Therapeutics, Inc. (“LifeMine” or “we”). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) as well as the Privacy Policy and other documents referenced in these Terms and Conditions. LifeMine maintains the Site from our offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States of America. The Site is intended to be accessed from, and the information contained in the Site is intended to be used within, the United States of America. These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law that would dictate the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by a new posting by LifeMine, as described above.
