Elizabeth Vigeant has over two decades of experience in human resources and brings a wealth of knowledge.  Her experience spans employee engagement, employee retention, strategic workforce planning, people development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Elizabeth is Vice President, People at LifeMine. Her role is to align the people and business strategies across the company and drive forward our success towards saving patients’ lives.

Prior to joining LifeMine Therapeutics, Liz served as the Vice President, People & Culture at TCR² Therapeutics. In this capacity, she served as the company’s lead HR partner and was responsible for building and implementing initiatives that fostered a culture of learning, development, mentorship, and inclusivity. Before TCR², Liz spent over five years at Biogen in a variety of HR and Talent leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Notably, she led the US “Return to Workplace” operations during the pandemic. Earlier in her career, Liz operated in people leadership roles for Merck KGaA, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Tufts Medical Center.

Liz completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
